Brigitte is French-American with a BA in Communications from UCSB, she spent 10+ years working in high-end dining in the likes of La Folie in San Francisco, King Restaurant in New York & Cava Restaurant in Montecito. She is driven by innovation and quality, and is determined to bring fresh ideas to the wine industry.
Jean-Pierre is a wine industry veteran with a background in agriculture. Since the 1980s he has been selling French wine in the US and has acquired much wisdom through hands-on experience. He has cultured his reputation on Premium quality wines and expertise in VIP wine and clients.
